• Account Data: email (if you sign in with Google/Apple) and profile information.
• App Usage Data: interactions, logs, and preferences.
• Health Data: meal logs, sleep, mood, steps, weight, water intake, and manually or AI-logged data.

1.1 Health Permissions We Use (Read-Only)

When you connect Health Connect / Google Fit / Apple Health, the app may read the following metrics only after you grant permission:

• Steps (android.permission.health.READ_STEPS)
• Sleep (android.permission.health.READ_SLEEP)
• Total Calories Burned (android.permission.health.READ_TOTAL_CALORIES_BURNED)
• Active Calories Burned (android.permission.health.READ_ACTIVE_CALORIES_BURNED)
• Exercise Sessions (android.permission.health.READ_EXERCISE)
• Distance (android.permission.health.READ_DISTANCE)

Access is strictly read-only. The app does not write, modify, or delete your health data in Health Connect or other health services.

You can revoke access at any time via Health Connect > App permissions (or the equivalent settings in Google Fit / Apple Health).

2. How We Use Data

• To display your steps, sleep, calories, exercise, and distance history.
• To generate insights and summaries for lifestyle and wellness purposes.
• To improve the app experience and provide personalized goals.

We do not use your health data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party processors for analytics, crash reports, or backups (e.g., Firebase, Google Play Billing). These services process data only to provide functionality and do not receive your health data for advertising.

3A. Health Connect & Permission Control

Connecting Health Connect / Google Fit / Apple Health is optional. We request granular, read-only permissions and only after you explicitly consent in the system dialog. You can review or revoke these permissions any time in the corresponding health app settings.

• Scope: Read-only access for steps, sleep, calories, exercise, and distance.
• No background uploads: We do not continuously transmit your health data to third parties.
• Transparency: In-app screens explain why data is requested before any prompt appears.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent (for health data), performance of contract (to deliver app functionality), and legitimate interests (to improve services). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using encryption where possible. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use health data for targeted advertising. Limited sharing may occur with processors strictly to provide app functionality, analytics, and crash diagnostics. We do not share health data with data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

7. Your Rights
